I’ve stayed in this place for almost 3 years. The owners were very kind and have had given me so much consideration. They would respond right away whenever I had something to fixed and needed their help. Thank you so much it was a pleasure knowing you. Would highly recommend your units to some students.

Location wise! yes, I was lucky that I found this place and just a few minutes walk to Saskatoon University. It was so convenient for me. I wouldn’t have to worry about getting late in the morning and time was well managed. Another thing I loved in this place was some stores nearby. I could buy instant food. Thanks. Thumbs up! for an excellent service.

Absolutely a fabulous rental apartment in Saskatoon. Have done great putting these units very close to the university and grocery stores. Their units are neat and clean. Has WIFI access and air conditioning. The owners are so kind and give considerations when you couldn’t pay on time. I highly recommend these units to anyone.
